At Sacred Skin, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of skincare, we have specific guidelines
for returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
